All orders are approved and accepted at our offices in Overland Park, Kansas, and do not become binding upon RMK until such approval and acceptance has been granted. We reserve the right to reject any order which has been tendered through this site. This site is not intended to create any legal presence in any jurisdiction other than the State of Kansas. Final computation of the applicable tax will be made prior to shipment of the order, and will be charged at that time. Customers receiving shipments in all other locations should consult their local taxing authority to arrange for remittance of the appropriate state and local sales or use tax.
